Official Giveaway Rules – Paint Your Pet Night Giveaway

This giveaway is sponsored by Hickory Veterinary Primary Care (“Hickory Veterinary”), located in Ambler, PA.
Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees of Hickory Veterinary, Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, Char & Whiskers, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit this form and follow the entry instructions on our social media post and/or marketing email. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted through January 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.
Prizes
10 winners will each receive two (2) complimentary tickets to a private Paint Your Pet Night at Hickory Veterinary Primary Care with Char & Whiskers on January 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries and notified by email at the address provided on this form on the same day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours / 2 business days or is unable to attend, an alternate winner may be selected.
Attendance
Winners and their guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. If the event is rescheduled or canceled for any reason, Hickory Veterinary may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Publicity & Media Release
By attending the event, participants agree that Hickory Veterinary and Char & Whiskers may use event photos and videos that may include their likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release Hickory Veterinary, Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, Char & Whiskers, and their employees and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
